Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

United Insurance Educators, Inc. will refund your money, less postage and handling, on mail order courses if you are not satisfied with the material you have received. To qualify for a refund, you must return the material in good condition within 30 days of ordering. No refunds are available after the course test has been filled out or completed for credit. No exceptions.

For prepaid Internet tests, refunds can only be refunded prior to issuance of Certificates of Completion. For Internet tests completed and paid for, refunds can only issued if we have not notified the State.

Refunds will be made to the original source of payment within 15 business days.
